CANCELLATION POLICY
Lake Stevens Esthetics: Professional Attendance Policy 1. The 24-Hour Commitment Your appointment is a dedicated block of time reserved exclusively for your clinical skin health. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to allow us to offer that time to another client on our waitlist. 2. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within the 24-hour window are subject to a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service price. 3. Automated Payment Protocol In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the credit card on file will be charged the 20% fee immediately. Our system will automatically re-attempt the charge up to three (3) times over the following three (3) days if the initial transaction is unsuccessful. 4. Account Standing To maintain the integrity of our clinical schedule, all outstanding balances must be settled before any future services can be booked. Lake Stevens Esthetics reserves the right to utilize third-party collections for unresolved balances.
